Ready for another Fun Fall Project?  This one is also quick, easy, and inexpensive but will make your fall party really festive!

It's apple season so go buy some delicious apples - or better yet, if you're lucky enough to live near apple orchards, go pick your own!  You'll also need apple cider and some garnishes, like cinnamon sticks and cloves.

You'll need to cut the tops off the apples with a sharp knife.  Make sure your apple sits level or cider will spill over the rim.  I used honey crisp apples and I thought they looked really great because they are large and wide, but they were a little tricky to drink out of.  I'm thinking maybe a gala or red delicious would be better suited for this.

With a paring knife, outline the rim (mine was about 1/4 inch thick.)  They use a spoon or cookie dough scoop to remove the inside of the apple.  Fill the apples with apple cider and garnish with cinnamon sticks and cloves.

My sister is having a house warming party in a few weeks and I think these would be great to serve to her guests!  Don't they look adorable?
