It's Day 13 of our 31 Fun Fall Projects! Today I made Pumpkin Dip. It's really easy to make and it's delicious! I adapted my recipe from Cooking Light Cookbook. For my printable recipe, click HERE.
You'll need a few ingredients:
- 6oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
You put the cream cheese, brown sugar, and pumpkin in a bowl and beat until blended. The original recipe says to use a mixer but I use a whisk. Just make sure the cream cheese is really soft or you'll end up with lots of lumps! I speak from experience!
Then add the maple syrup and cinnamon and beat until smooth.
You should cover and refrigerate this for a few hours before you serve it. It will be pretty runny until it gets cold again. Serve with gingersnaps or (my favorite!) apple slices.
Enjoy!

Yum! Pumpkin dip. I like mine with gingersnaps!
